Remote work professionals are highly tech-dependent for work, so they crave real-world experience for their lives. Community is built of shared experiences: challenges overcome, laughter shared, projects built together, and the deep joy of helping each other.
Remote Work Barbados Heroes
One of the things we are going to do to build community among both locals and expats who are working remotely from Barbados, is to recognize and celebrate those among us who are contributing significant value to our community.
We are going to be recognizing and celebrating Remote Work Barbados Heroes.

These will be folks who have exercised leadership or demonstrated innovation which makes life in Barbados better for all of us. They will win prizes of course... but the biggest prize of all will be the warm regard and admiration that they will get from their peers.
